Dale Lynn Pelton

Dale Lynn Pelton, 70, of West Union, Ohio, died Saturday, June 15, 2024, at Eagle Creek Nursing Center in West Union. He was born May 16, 1954 at the former Adams County Hospital in West Union. He was preceded by parents: Denver and Mildred Austin Pelton.


Dale is survived by two brothers: Hugh Pelton of West Union and Steve (Shirley) Pelton of Hillsboro; one sister, Jean (Dwayne) Curless of West Union; special friend, Sonya Combs; nieces and nephews: Angela Pelton of Hillsboro, Melissa (Mike) Danner of Winchester; Brian Pelton of Leesburg; Denise Curless of Lynx; Lisa Curless of Cherry Fork; and great nieces and nephews: Christian Danner, Brady Anderson, Abby Danner, Dylan Rothwell, Justin Thomas, Landon Rothwell, John Danner, Jordan Thomas, Jared Thomas, Shelby Pelton, Brooklyn Rothwell, Breanna Anderson, and Braxton Rothwell and several cousins.


The visitation is Wednesday, June 19, 2024, from 11 - 12 pm at Lafferty Funeral Home in West Union.


The funeral is Wednesday at 12 pm at Lafferty Funeral Home. Pastor Dale Little will officiate.


The interment is at Mowrystown Cemetery in Highland County.
