David Ralph Conley, Jr. 72, of Manchester, Ohio, died June 12, 2024 at his home. He was born September 29, 1951 in Ashland, Kentucky. He was preceded by parents: David Ralph Conley, Sr. and Minnie Myrtle (Rawlins) Conley; two brothers: Michael Conley and Darren Conley and two sisters: Jenny Salisbury and Donna Jones.
David is survived by wife, Ida Mae (McDaniel) Conley; two daughters: Donna (Ray) Ricketts of West Union and Lisa (Denver) Young of Manchester; three grandsons: Izhik Conley, lan Ricketts and Tristan Young; two granddaughters: Isabelle Ricketts and Kaylee Young; two brothers: Jeff (Darlene Francis) Conley of Manchester and Steve (Donna) Conley of Stout and two sisters: Genoa (Jack) Lewis of Blue Creek and Marge Church of West Union.
David loved carpentry work. He enjoyed hunting and working in his garden; and spending time with his grandchildren and his dog, Mollie.
The visitation is Sunday, June 16, 2024 from 6 - 8 pm at Lafferty Funeral Home in West Union.
The funeral is Monday, June 17, at 1 pm at Lafferty Funeral Home. Pastor Chester Whaley will officiate. The interment is at McKendree Cemetery in Niles Township in Scioto County, Ohio.
