Johnny Dale Rideout, 69, of West Union, Ohio, died July 13, 2024. He was born September 4, 1954 in West Union, Ohio. He was preceded by parents: John Rideout and Margaret Elizabeth (Lawson) Rideout.

Johnny was a member of the Ohio Labors Union, and worked for the Ohio River Company. He will be missed by his many friends.

Visitation is 6:00 to 8:00 pm Friday, July 19, 2024 at Lafferty Funeral Home 205 South Cherry Street, West Union, Ohio

The public graveside committal is Monday, August 12, 2024, at 6 PM at West Union Cemetery.

Growing up down the street from Johnny and a lot of other kids on Cherry St., it seemed like he was at our baseball field daily, weather permitting. We all loved playing ball in that field. I have nothing but fond memories of Johnny Dale. May he rest in peace with no worries or pain. 🙏
